If you did not add guests when you registered, please do so before arriving on-site. Only registered guests may attend the Thursday and Friday evening receptions, as well as the Saturday Dinner Dance. Please register your guests here.

Extras

Hearing Assistance Device - available for sessions in Ponce 1&2 and Ponce 4. Please visit the registration desk upon arrival to request a device. 

Parking - Complimentary valet for overnight guests. Day parking fees apply. There is also a complimentary self parking lot as you enter the hotel, based on availability.

Dress Code - Resort business casual is recommended for all educational sessions and evening events. Meeting room temperatures can vary, so we suggest bringing an extra layer.
