Abstracts

EPC will feature abstract presentations from pulmonologists and fellows-in-training. We invite you to submit your clinical research for consideration by our Abstract Committee. Abstracts should include a statement of purpose, methods, and a summary of results, with enough detail to support the conclusions drawn. If your abstract is accepted for the conference, you will be assigned a specific day (Friday or Saturday) to present your findings. 

All abstracts have the option to be published in the Journal of Precision Respiratory Medicine.

Abstract Fees 

Non-Commercial (Fellows/Residents) - no fee

Commercially Funded

• Submission only  - $500
• Submission + publication in JPRM - $1,000

Poster Instructions

• Size for poster display: TBD
• Illustrations, tables, and QR codes will not be printed in the program guide but may be included in the presentation poster.
• The poster presenter does not need to be the author, however the presenter must register for EPC.
• Posters will be displayed in the Poster Hall in the Ponce Foyer
• An abstract/poster directory (including poster numbers) will be listed in the conference program guide and in the conference app.
• Mounting supplies (push pins) will be provided onsite.
• Poster printing and delivery to the conference are the responsibility of the abstract author and/or presenter.
• Posters do not need to be submitted in advance.
• Poster presenters must check in at the conference registration desk to receive their conference badge.
